This post deals with a weeks worth of work. I’m just that kind of guy.

I don’t know if the title is apropos, but this may or may not be the final post about the internship. I’ll mainly be concentrating on finishing my paper, so I’ll do what work I can on the CMS. For the past week I’ve been: changing the theme for the fourth time (it’s more or less the same), adding a navigation bar with dropdown menu; changing the site from a three column setup to a two column to match the Read more »

So today (May 9, 2010) I spent a good portion of the day trying to get a version of the dropdown menu on the WAHomeowners site onto the Drupal site. Apparently it’s a little more complicated than I originally thought it would be. I guess the theme I’m working with (Zen) doesn’t play well with the dropdown menu module that I installed. Apr. 25, 2010: It’s Sunday, and I’m working on the internship stuff. Actually, I’m just working on themeing (I have no idea how to spell that word). I chose the Zen theme through Drupal. It’s just a really basic theme that has been set up for people who don’t want to come up with their own, but also want to modify one to look like their own Read more »

How much spam will I get this week? Can my internet connection get any slower? These questions and more will be answered this week.

Apr. 19, 2010: So today was an exciting day filled with the studying of PHP and advanced CSS, as well as another departmental meeting. Apparently now the CMS may or may not be done in Drupal, but possibly in .net. I guess the main Realtor organization has there’s in that and we may have to go that same route. I will probably not be there by then. It’s one of Read more »
